RETURNS - Return new and/or unused items to RIDE365.com within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Items, which have been used or installed on your bike, will not be accepted for refund. Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

REFUNDS - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY – RIDE365.com does not offer any type of direct warranty on products. All warranty goes directly to the manufacturers.
